Searching the file path for Chrome user data "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Web Applications\" point too two separate subfolders. The Target path of the shortcut uses a flag "app-id=xxxxxxx" I was using Chrome to save Shortcuts to the desktop.
